Shipping policy
Our standard delivery term is collection from our facility in Poland — but we are happy to arrange the freight for you, and most customers ask us to. Here is how it works in practice.
Where we ship
We supply business customers across Europe (EMEIA), and further afield on request. Tell us the destination in your inquiry and we will confirm what is possible.
Our delivery term
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, delivery is FCA (Free Carrier), our facility in Kanie, Poland — Incoterms 2020. In practice: we produce, pack and load your order, and it passes to you when we hand it to the carrier. From that moment the cost of transport and the risk in transit are on your side.
If you would rather we took care of transport, we can — see the next section.
Would you like us to arrange the freight?
Just say so in your inquiry. We will quote the freight alongside the materials, book a carrier, and state the agreed delivery term on your order confirmation — for example delivered to your address instead of collection. Freight is always quoted per order, because it depends on weight, volume, destination and how quickly you need it. There is no flat rate.
Lead times
The date on your order confirmation is the date your goods are ready. Stock formats are typically ready within 2–5 business days; custom-converted orders within 2–3 weeks. Dates are indicative unless we have confirmed them as binding in writing.
How your order is packed
Rolls are individually wrapped, boxed or palletised depending on quantity, and secured for transport. If your line needs a specific arrangement — roll orientation, maximum pallet height, labelling of the outer packaging — tell us with the order and we will pack to it.
Quantities
Label material is produced to a tolerance. A delivered quantity within 5% of the quantity ordered counts as a complete delivery, and your invoice reflects what was actually delivered.
Checking the goods
Inspect the shipment when you receive it. Note any visible transport damage on the carrier's document (CMR or delivery note) before signing — under FCA the transport claim sits between you and the carrier, so that signature matters. If we arranged the freight on your behalf, send us photos and we will take it up with the carrier for you.
For anything to do with the material itself, tell us as soon as you discover it, and at the latest within three months of delivery, as set out in our terms & conditions.
Partial deliveries
Large orders may ship in agreed parts, each invoiced on dispatch and each treated as a separate delivery. We will always agree this with you first.
